This place has great showers. The people are really friendly very nice pretty much clean but out of like 12 gas pumps I’m sorry diesel pumps. They only have two working and they employee say that they are broke down all the time. Why don’t management get their head out of there you know what and get this fixed I had to wait in line for two hours. I’ll never come back here again and it’s sad because it is a nice place but I’m not gonna sit two hours. Wait for Fuel

I'm giving a 2 star review.... It's never been great. The last summer (summer of 2025) I was very ill. I worked very hard on a very warm and humid day. I loaded twice in one day and tarped both loads. I'm not young. After loading in Cedar Rapids, securing, tarping, driving to Beloit, untarping, reloading at the same facility, securing again, retarping, then, exhausted and sick from the heat, I parked for the day at this TA. I had already had the most extreme symptoms of severe heat illness. I just needed a shower so I could try to relax and recuperate. I was very ill. When I got my things and I went inside to shower, I approached their kiosk. It was out of order. So I got in line at the fuel desk, to request a shower from the only person in the store who was on duty in the store. (There was one other person working there and he was cleaning the showers. Don't get me wrong... that is not ok to put this entirely on two employees.) When I was waiting in line, I witnessed the fuel desk clerk being very combative with a customer. I usually tend to assume that these truck stop employees have had a bad day dealing with truck drivers. I understand and I empathize. While im watching this g

Our exhaust pipe made a clean break on the highway. We pulled off into this parking lot and an employee (Tom - I’m hoping I remember his name correctly) was already working with another employee (Chris) to come and help us so we could get home before he began talking to us. They helped us right in the parking lot - to say we are amazed was an understatement. So happy we stopped here of all places! Thank you!!

Pretty decent TA, very friendly staff, showers were clean and in good order. Their washing machines are a bit expensive. They have a nice TV room and a good shop. Decent amount of truck parking outed. I'd suggest getting here early by 2:00. It was 3/4 of the way full
